Pole Power Classes

Powering your mind and body with this fun and sexy workout.  Be empowered....become a Pole Diva!!

Each hour long class includes a warm-up, stretching, strengthening, cardio pole, floor work, and a cool down.  The program is designed to allow you to find your inner diva, gain power and strength, and progress through the levels at your own pace.  Feel free to repeat a session or take a private lesson to gain more confidence and strength before moving on.  There are ten dance poles and up to 9 people per class. There are no spectators allowed. Poles have a 200 lb weight limit.

8-week sessions, 2 classes/week. (Class times vary. Please check schedule prior to enrolling.)

$25 one-time membership fee for all new members.

$15/class or $240/session.

Intro to Pole Fitness

  • See what the craze is all about! Check out the studio and ask questions.
  • Learn a sample of pole dancing basics!
  • Offered to new members every Saturday morning, 9:30 AM.  $15 per person.

Beginner    Find your POWER! 

  • Find your inner diva and build confidence and strength in this fun class. No experience necessary.
  • Learn pole safety, pole dance basics and transitions, pole strengthening exercises, floor work and beginner spins!  
  • Mini routines that build into a grand routine.
  • Continue to build strength and confidence throughout the session.
  • Goal is to become comfortable and confident on the pole with the beginner moves and spins.

Intermediate   Gain more POWER!

  • You are now comfortable and confident on the pole and ready to take it up a level!
  • Must have completed the Beginner level and be able to perform all of the beginner spins without difficulty.
  • Continue to workout with all the moves from the Beginner session, gain strength to climb the pole, hold pole poses, and learn Intermediate spins and poses.
  • Increase the strength and power in your moves and spins, and add your own style!
  • Work on perfecting intermediate moves, spins, variations, and combinations.

Advanced   Show off your POWER!

  • You now have the strength, power, and confidence to move around the pole beautifully, and are able to climb to the top of the pole. Is your name on the ceiling yet?? You probably even have your own pole! You are addicted to the pole and are loving your new mind and body!
  • Must have completed beginner and intermediate levels, be able to perform all spins without difficulty, and be able to climb the pole.
  • Continue to workout with all the moves you have learned so far, perfecting all spins, spin combinations, poses and variations, and adding your own style.
  • Begin to learn advanced spins, poses and combinations, how to invert, and handstands.

Masters 

  •  You own the pole now! You are comfortable with all the moves, spins, poses, and combinations, and are ready to view the world upside down and sideways!
  • Continue to build and maintain your strength and confidence, adding your own style.
  • Must be very comfortable with inverting and being upside down.
  • Learn a variety of upside down poses, holds, combinations and tricks!
  • Build your own routine!

Other Pole Power Classes

Pole "Dance" Classes

  • Themed "dance" classes. Hip hop, jazz, ballet, slow songs, country, 80's, etc. A variety of Pole "dance" styles and techniques that will add some spice and flair to your pole moves.

Chair Dance

  • Learn basic sensual dance moves for the floor and chair with variations. A complete routine to take home.

Salsa Pole

  • Combine the basics of salsa and the basics of pole dance into an incredibly fun routine!
